Looking for a dentist closer to home I found Dental Group of Byram. The front of the office was helpful and communicated clearly. They got me in quickly. Dr Maddox was quickly completed the procedure. Even spent a little time talking personally to me. Definitely will go back!

I don’t usually leave reviews, but I’ve got to say my experience at the Dental Group of Byram with Dr. Chase really stood out. From the minute I walked through the door, the staff treated me like they’d known me for years. Everybody was polite, welcoming, and you could tell they genuinely cared about folks coming in. The office itself is clean, well kept, and comfortable, which made it easy to relax before my appointment. When I got in the chair, Dr. Chase took his time explaining everything in a way I could understand. He didn’t talk over my head or rush through it — he just laid it out straight and made sure I felt comfortable with what he was doing. That meant a lot to me. While working, he was steady-handed, thorough, and checked in often to make sure I was doing alright. You don’t always find that kind of care these days. What impressed me most is how genuine he is. You can tell Dr. Chase really knows his craft, but he also treats his patients like people, not just another appointment on the schedule. That combination of skill and down-to-earth care is hard to beat. I left there feeling well taken care of and confident I’d found the right dentist for me and my family. If you’re anywhere around Byram and need dental work, I highly recommend Dr. Chase and his team. They’ll treat you right.

Every time i have an appointment at dental group of Byram. They treat you like family The staff is the greatest. Dr Tank is the best. He very professional. Make sure you ok. Still on my journey in getting my implants. But everything going good

The staff of Dental Group of Byram were/are exceptional, from scheduling me for the earliest appointment to scanning my teeth for treatment and explaining the payment plan for said treatment. To top it off, Dr.Chase was/is friendly, knowledgeable, and most definitely professional. He listened to my concerns, addressed my issues from the scan, and made me feel comfortable proceeding with the treatment. He even has Invisalign! I look forward to working with him and his staff as I travel through this journey of obtaining a straighter smile.
