Dentist apologized for making us wait for a hour passed my appointment in the waiting room. Office staff is less than desirable. I called twice AND left a detailed message on the web chat. None of which was even acknowledged. I had questions on my surgery that I just had. This is how you treat patients who just had surgery?? Shame on you. We would not recommend this dental office at all.

I am delighted to post that my first visit to Dental One Associates Beltway location was what I had hoped for. I was greeted warmly by the front desk staff and was send shortly after my arrival. Both the technician and Dr..Avery White ( periodontist )were friendly,knowledgeable. Dr. White assessed my issue and developed a comprehensive treatment plan. I left feeling confident that I will be in good hands for my next visit.
