The dentist and his assistant was friendly, approachable and took great pride and care in their work, occasionally asking if everything was okay and checking to see if we were comfortable throughout the whole procedure. I have been visiting Victoria Dental Arts for many years and I have always found them professional and caring. My visit to dental hygienist Billie-Jean yesterday was unforgettable. I suffer from anxiety and any dentist appointment leaves me a trembling (and often crying) mess. Lack of sleep worsens my condition and when Billie-Jean saw me, she proved to be an exceptional carer, a person with compassion and understanding way above and beyond what is required of a hygienist. At the end of my appointment I left with shiny teeth and a big smile. Thank you to her and the accounts team for making my day bright.
