I have known Lorie for almost 30 years and she is one of the best Dental hygienist there is at Woodbridge branch. She is very gentle and thorough with every appointment I have with her. And she always has great advice in every discomfort I have with my teeth. Always looking forward for my next visit

I am appalled by the way the front desk (specifically Sarah and Stephanie) handled a particular matter. My wife went in for dental work and they did not enter the insurance information correctly. I contacted my insurance to clarify the issue. My insurance asked to speak to them directly and was willing to work with them on the phone, but Sarah stated, "we do not make mistakes nor do we have the time to do so" and brushed it off completely. When I phoned back, Stephanie had the same approach and stated, "she works at the front desk and is too busy to speak with my insurance". Needless to say, because of their incompetence and lack of professionalism I am out over $250. All they had to do was make a phone call and adjust the claim. They were not willing to do so. Absolutely disgusted. If you want headaches and pay out of pocket for your dental work (even though you have dual full dental coverage), then go here.

My experience at Dental house Woodbridge has always been excellent.They have been looking after my dental needs for many years. They make me feel very welcomed and comfortable.
