Even if my teeth literally fell out of my face, you couldn’t pay me to ever walk in their door ever again. Out there scamming people, shame on dental source. Long story short: You should definitely go to Fresno dental source if you like the dentist to break needles in your mouth and leave with hurt gums and teeth! Then “pre approve” your services with your insurance company while they have you stuck in their broken exam chairs that just slam back against the walls, to send you a bill for $2500 because THEY didn’t really ever get the pre approval!!!! This place is a scam patient beware!!!! Go somewhere else if you value your teeth and bank accounts!!!!!!! Please find a real dentist not a clown doctor from a chain for offices. Not sure why this place is the “recommended” from my insurance company… oh wait they don’t pay anything because they just charge the patients! Updated: they sent me another bill asking me to call the office so they “hopefully” get a solution. Their solution was for me to call and ask my union to cover it because it was their fault! WHAT! HOW!!! My union literally has nothing to do with dental, that’s why it is outsourced to a third party. Then they said it was my fault because I changed carriers, but yet they ask for the insurance card? Um yeah how’s is that now my fault? What a joke! Your office messed up end of story.

One star just because they do an awesome job when it comes to contacting or notifying you.. .. . when the service can bring in profit. I would get emails, phone calls, and even text messages when my appointment is near and even call to set up a missed appointment, BUT when it came down to my preventative care.. .. .. they ghosted me. Why,... .. .. because that service is for FREE. Not profitable at all for them. So if I forget, they can care less. I also called and asked why they never set a reminder and the lady kept dodging the question and even have the audacity to try to book me for another visit for a check up. Why another check up lady... why. Is it so you can charge my insurance again. They just want your money!!!

They have great customer service been with them for over 22 years the girls are super wonderful I love it here
