I am still wasn’t for my 11am appointment. It is currently 11:58am. I have had nothing but terrible service from this office every time I visit. From unauthorized cleanings (charged for) to unauthorized charges for a mouth guard repair. I have cancelled all future appointments.

Completely unwilling to provide even just a ballpark estimate of what a cleaning would cost without first paying for a new patient exam -- which I would have been willing to do, but after a few curt and dismissive responsive I'll go elsewhere.

A great experience for me, as someone who is very uncomfortable going to the dentist. Friendly reception, empathetic dentist who explains things well and skilled hygienist. Dr Winlow also speaks French, English and Spanish.
