Had a chipped tooth and needed an immediate filling. Came across Ora Dental online and decided to make an appointment with them as their reviews were very good plus the clinic is just a short walk away from my apartment. So glad I made this call as my overall experience yesterday was extremely pleasant and positive. My assigned dentist Dr Omar Rakeen carefully talked me through the process, explained my tooth situation clearly and had my filling done and completed all within 30 mins. He had the most reassuring bedside manners and completely put me at ease. Am also very thankful for Ms Sunam at the reception desk for her friendly welcome and for processing the necessary documents for my insurance claims so expediently. It’s also nice to have a doctors appointment that actually honours your appointment time - such a refreshing change. I’ve certainly found my new dental clinic of choice.
