I recently moved to Newmarket from Thornhill and was reluctant to switch from my dentist l, but distance made it a necessity. I looked on google and decided to try Keep28. It was a great decision. I was greeted enthusiastically by Dr Frances Skinazi and she made me feel at ease. I had to have a root canal and it went perfectly. All the staff I encountered were extremely welcoming too. I would highly recommend you give this place a try for your dental needs.

Dr. Mortensen is very professional and knowledgeable. However my interactions with the front desk staff were less than satisfactory. In particular, I encountered a female staff member who identified herself as a supervisor. Unfortunately, her behavior towards patients was not only rude but also exhibited elements of racism, which is highly unacceptable in any professional environment. This experience has left me feeling disheartened and I would not recommend anyone to this dental center. I believe that proper training and a focus on customer service are essential for fostering a positive atmosphere for all patients. I had an appointment scheduled for 10:40 AM. I called at 10:28 AM to inform the office that I would be approximately 17 minutes late due to road closures from ongoing construction. During this call, the representative threatened me with a $75 charge for not showing up and canceled my appointment upon my arrival. I explained that I was en route and expected to arrive at 10:57 AM. Despite my efforts to communicate my situation, I was informed that arriving 17 minutes late would not allow for my appointment to take place. I kindly requested that the representative contact you back as I needed to focus on driving safely and reaching the location. Subsequently, at 10:37 AM, I called again to inform the office that I would arrive by 10:50 AM. However, another staff member, who claimed to be a supervisor, refused to accommodate me and rudely stated that my appointment was canceled because someone else had already been seen in my time slot.

From the front desk, to the dental assistants, dentists and hygienists, I have never had a bad experience at Keep 28. Every member of the staff is friendly and very professional. I would highly recommend Keep 28

I have been going to this dental office for many years and find the front desk staff very friendly. Dr. Skinazi is very personable and professional, I was told I needed a mouth guard and she reexamined to confirm I was not grinding my teeth. My hygienist Francesca is the best, she treats me like family and for the first time my gums are the healthiest ever with no bleeding, she has impacted me with great advice to care for my teeth and gums.
