Been with them since 2016..today i got my appointment at 11:30am cause of the crown that is sensitive, did x-ray and another x-ray after that a scan of my teeth..the assistant was not gentle at all i was almost gag when she put the the thing on my mouth for the x-ray...after that i wait....not seen by the doctor till around 1:00 ish to be told that there's a black on my root and there's a excess sement on one of the crown that's been delivered since february and after taking the cement out my tooth the doctor left..again they did another x-ray on the tooth that has cement and i guess it's gone now,so the assistant told me to wait in the lobby to be check out and she come back inside and go to the lobby and pass me this prescription that i need to take which is amoxicillin no explanation just handed it to me here's your prescription and i was like uuhhhmmm i'm allergic to penicillin and they change it to something else, i don't know if they are under stuff or overbooked but it feels like the doctor is in the rush when it's your turn...even when i did my bridge impression last time my anesthesia wear off cause the doctor was so busy tending other patient...spent 4.5 hours there! But i like their hygenist she is the one who told me to make an appointment to check my bridge/crown cause she can tell there is something wrong with them..but i might go somewhere else,cause you waited for so long but when it's your turn the doctor feels she's rushing all the time. Just like today didn't even bother to explain to me what was going on just told me that she saw a black on my root i mean i was like how did that happened? and what do i need to do? they told me to go in the lobby and there handed me my prescription and ask me if i want to make an appointment for the root canal or do i want to be refer somewhere else and i don't think they even read my chart cause i have an allergy to penicillin...

Although I enjoyed when I went in and did a first appointment and part 1 of a deep cleaning, since then their scheduling has been very unprofessional. They were booked months in advance for deep cleanings so it was going to be almost 6 months between my part one and part two, which the dentist already advised against. The day before my part 2 appointment they called to cancel it because an employee quit. I was told via message they would contact me to reschedule ASAP. Today they called to offer an appointment at 4pm. I don't know about the rest of the world, but most of us work so that didn't work out. I called them back and asked why I wasn't given first dibs on a new appt since they cancelled my last. No explanation offered other than that they could set an appointment for September. At this point I'm not waiting months to be cancelled on again. TLDR nice place but they suck at appointments so don't plan on them if you need anything beyond the basic appointments. In response to your reply, I answered several calls to schedule last minute and as I told you then, I had the flu and was contagious. That didn't stop you from calling 3 days in a row. No one with a real job has the flexibility to call out hours in advance. You need to fix your staff issue and stop pointing fingers at patients trying to get the last laugh. Perhaps schedule the temporary person a week in advance so your patients can attempt to plan their life to accommodate taking time off for you.
