Dec' 2025...Avoid this garage. Nadeem advised my student daughter it had failed an MOT and quoted £645 to rectify. The car was taken to another garage and passed the MOT with ease. I also had the car checked independantly by a trusted garage known to me and they confirmed the car was well within MOT tolerances and guidelines. They stated the issues raised by Autoave were false. They also checked the quote for the repairs given by Autoave and advised the estimate was about £200 more expensive. So, in all a very expensive MOT, but could have been worse. Shame on you Autoave.

Awful experience - I would not recommend to anyone and would advise to avoid I tried this garage to check an engine problem. They quoted me £1800 for unrelated steering and wheel repairs. I was charged for this service and given no written or explained summary of the issue I took the car to two other garages who were honest, confirmed that no repairs were needed, and offered their check ups free of charge as part of standard safety checks On returning to Autotec, I was treated rudely multiple times and can only describe this as deceitful business behaviour.

Please just have a read through some of the other reviews on here before booking in for anything. An MOT here left me broken down on the side of the motorway the day after due to there "repair". I put my car in for a MOT here as it was the only place available on short notice (This should have been a red flag). After the mot I was told my car had failed on a fair few things and so I agreed to pay for the repairs. One of the failures was for a "faulty" parking break. The total for for the fixing this issue was around £200 and when asked what was replaced they said that all they had done was tighten the break cable... Cut to the next day I was driving down the motor way and I notice a large amount of smoke coming from my rear right tyre. After a mechanic from the AA turned up they informed me that the parking break cable had been over tightened meaning that it was always slightly on which caused some more damage to the car. When I went back to this garage to ask for a refund/to fix the issue they just laughed and told me to get out of the shop. Save yourself the money and hassle and stay away from this garage.
