I've been going to Alex for 4 months now and has been a life changing experience for me. I've never gone to any kind of therapy before and like many others I probably had a little stigma of reaching out for some kind of support/guidance. Every session I meet with her feels like I'm kind of just meeting with a friend, who just happens to be able to provide wonderful knowledge, mental exercises, and non judgement. I can also simply say that I have changed for the better, and look forward to continue changing for the better, because of some of the things I've learned from her.

I can’t say more positive things about Ali and the work we’ve done together! Having a chronic illness, I already spend lots of time in a doctors office, so when looking for a therapist it was extremely important for me to find a place/person that didn’t feel clinical. I found exactly that in Ali and the practice that she has built. She brings such warmth, laughter, understanding and support to the room that I always look forward to seeing her. I tell everyone and anyone who will listen how much I love my therapist. She is one of my biggest advocates and I am beyond grateful to have found her and have her in my corner!

Ali came into my life 3 years ago through a colleague, when I needed a therapist most. I felt very lost. I was reserved from the beginning because of my past failed attempts of “therapy” and sick of hearing the whole “Well how does that make you feel?”and many misdiagnosis’s. I am very pleased to say, Ali has never asked me “how does that make you feel?” but rather helps me learn healthy coping mechanisms, and I for once feel like I have someone on my team. Someone who is rooting me on in life and helps me create a game plan for the many obstacles that are inevitably presented in life. Since seeing Ali I have felt equipped to handle things that come up or know that even if I don’t know how to handle it in that very moment that it’s okay because, I have someone on my team that will help point me in the right direction. I always know and trust that Ali has my best interest in mind and is there to help me process and validate the difficult moments as well as the best ones. I truly cannot thank her enough. Everyone needs a therapist like Ali.
