The company’s communication needs improvement. I haven’t received any updates about the pending work for several days. I was told a crew would be sent to install the gutters, which is a necessary step to continue the remaining work, but they never showed up and haven’t responded to my messages.

I'm a contractor and have used Dependable Roofing for 4 projects now including my own home. Fair pricing. Their crews are clean and efficient. The supervision- critical in the roofing trade- is excellent. They don't gouge you for extras like rotten underlayment. Never a problem. The folks in the office are fantastic- Christopher- you are the man!

We dealt with Dependable Roofing on our house that had been destroyed by fire. We had several contractors that didn't even show up for appointments. But Dependable arrived on time, gave us a competitive bid, started as promised and even finished early. The site was clean and the workers professional. I would highly recommend them. They were truly a pleasure to work with. BTW the house looks great.
