L0 this is how a company should operate. I on a 5-ton truck and the cable snapped on the back of my truck box. They squeezed me in immediately. My truck is my business, and my livelihood!!!! They realize that, and I will be a their customer from now on. PS, super friendly too!!! I brought my truck back in for preventive maintenance, I'm very happy of the results. Thank you very much!

We have used Depend-A-Door over the years and found the service and pricing excellent. However my experience today was wonderful. Our driveway gates would not stop opening and closing. The problem started late yesterday afternoon and I hoped to get service within a few days. At 8:30 this morning Jesse showed up, analyzed and fixed the problem.He gave the gates a general service and blew the leaves off the driveway as he left. Prompt response, efficient and exceptional service! I would highly recommend this company.

One day response, cost of job done was same as quoted over the 'phone. Friendly servicemen, worked quickly and competently. Happy with the job and the service.

Okay service, horrendous price. The lady i spoke too on the phone was nice. She took my information and told me they'd pass it along and someone would call to book a time to help me with my issue. I was gonna ask for an estimated cost on that call. But that call never happened. The technician just showed up and did it. He was really nice and did a good job to be clear, he's not the reason for the 1 star. He said it'd cost an hour of his time and the cost of a part he replaced. I said okay cool. But the hour costed $120 dollars, which seems insane. I highly doubt this tech is making that per hour ($40 along would be pretty generous pay). Now obviously the company is gonna charge extra so they make money on it, but I can't believe it'd be that much extra. Also, they charged me $95 dollars for the part that was replaced, but I looked it up based on the brand and model number and it's a $28 part. I'm fine with them charging more than they paid for it so they can make money off it, but not over 3x as much. Because of that I'm giving it a 1 star review. Iffy communication, and admittedly good tech, but a atrocious cost. Talk about price gouging.
