EXCELLENT SERVICE! I asked via chat if they would be getting more of an out of stock Tripp-Lite isobar and they responded that their supplier had over 100 and that I send an email about an order. A prompt email reply stated that they had a increased the qty to 10 in stock. Pop-up coupon code worked. I ordered 6 of them. I hope that they're good!

Return policy is not very good. Better off buying from Amazon so you can return product without charges and without a restrictive time frame. Thought I found a good source for IT product but I won't consider buying from them again without a change in return policy. They are trying to resolve issue, i will update review once isee my credit.
