Derek Deneault’s realtor group is incredibly crooked and unprofessional. They never answer your questions. They refuse to let you change your offer. He will only advise his clients to take offers from other clients of his own so he can double dip. He has revealed offer amounts to his clients when he is on both ends of the offer so that his will be accepted. He made his offer $500 more than the highest offer 10min before the deadline. Absolutely crooked. DO NOT USE HIM!
