My wife and I bought our first home last year. We're from ontario so I trusted my realtor when they said "perfect first time home". Also , they said it comes with double wide parking. They lied it doesn't have parking. And the house is condemned sinking into the ground. The contractor says is going to cost $40000 to fix the foundation and level the house. I'm 59 and disabled. I thought my wife and I were going to spend our golden years here. But now she's working 2 jobs.So we can try to fix this house the best week can.
