DESIGN BY KETI

My neighbor was completing an extensive home remodel and I was at the tail end of completing a major primary bath remodel. Because my neighbor absolutely raved about Keti, I thought I'd invite her over and see if she could be of assistance with a couple of details (vanity tops and shower glass). She gave me advice on the type of quartz countertops that would look best with the selected finishes, and introduced me to her source for the shower glass. With Keti's assistance, the vanities are perfect and the shower glass is a showstopper. Most importantly, the installation was flawless. I was impressed with Keti's eye for detail, communication skills and her professionalism. I wish I could give her more stars. Thank you Keti Abazi.

Keti has been a godsend. We are trying to sell our home and we'd had it rented out to some renters who had done substantial damage to it. Since we lived far away, we had to find someone we completely trusted to take on the project, completely project manage it and deliver the results quickly and for a reasonable cost. Keti has done all of that and more. She's incredibly responsive, honest and her taste is current and flawless. Also, Keti is very conscious of sticking to time and budget constraints. Her goal (and mine) was to invest money that we think we can reclaim in the sale of the home.Every change she has suggested we have taken and each one has improved the look and feel of the property immeasurably. She's made a tired, dated home look fresh and modern. Our realtors came to look at the final outcome and couldn't get over the change. They immediately suggested we raise the price. I can't recommend her strongly enough - we lucked out to have hired her.

I was referred to Design by KETI by one of my friends who had engaged them before to stage their home for sale. I loved working with Keti and her team. Her design senses is impeccable, that is something that is reflected on how she stages homes so that staging reflects the style of the home and also the taste and inclination of the potential buyers in the neighborhood. I could not be more happy. Our house sold in a short few days at above asking price. Thank you Keti and the team.
