Kate ClavelI would not recommend leasing from this company. It’s been the worst leasing experience I've had. Communication is incredibly difficult—getting in touch with anyone is nearly impossible. I had multiple water leaks in the hallway that took months to get fixed, and the management did nothing to resolve the issue in a timely manner. The apartments themselves are nice, but they are located in undesirable areas, and security is a major concern. Packages are constantly stolen, and management was completely unresponsive to the issue. There are no cameras in the mailroom, and if you stay at Haven Lofts, the whole block has access to the building, making it even less secure. Overall, it’s been a frustrating and disappointing experience, and I would not recommend leasing here.
