Called and waited and waited, so called and asked when would the driver show, and the lady on phone said the driver tried calling me 3rimes on my cell phone….. my contention is why didn’t he pull up where I was and come inside and call my name and announce himself . That would have been normal to me. ! Canceled my ride, and will think twice before calling a cab again. ! Any way, the lady on the phone was really nice and helpful !

This service rescued me when I needed a ride home from the hospital. I had called several people and services and no one was available. But a lucky call to Designated Driver got me home safely and I made a new friend in Jordan. I highly recommend them for anyone who needs a safe ride home or to wherever your destination may be. 5 stars all the way!!!
