DesignCafe Experience Centre, Banjara Hills

Had a great experience at Design Café’s Banjara Hills office. The team was very professional, patient, and thorough in explaining all our options. Special thanks to the team for taking the time to understand our requirements and guiding us through the process. They even stretched their time during our visit to ensure all our questions were addressed. Although we eventually chose a different option for our interiors, we truly appreciated their approach, expertise, and customer service.

I came across Design Cafe through one of their agents while I was sourcing a better partner for our interior needs. Even before two months of my search, the agent consistently reached out, explaining their services, which left a strong impression on me. His approach was genuinely engaging and professional, prompting me to consider them for our project. From the moment I scheduled my first appointment, the Design Cafe team impressed me with their politeness and humility. They were very accommodating throughout the entire process, keeping me informed and involved every step of the way. My designer, Abinaya from the Chennai OMR center, and my sales representative, Boopalan, went above and beyond to explain the process and ensure everything went smoothly. Their professionalism and dedication to keeping us engaged throughout the project made the experience seamless and stress-free. I’m thoroughly impressed and would highly recommend Design Cafe without a second thought!

The experience was not that much satisfactory. After spending two hours on discussion with an interior designer. The sales manager entered in the room and tried to check customer capabilities. Based on his approach I think he has very good local contacts to get this done with local vendors in less budget. It was suggested by him instead of going with designer cafe. I am personally very disappointed with sales manager approach and suggestions.
