My toddler spilled almost an entire bottle of chocolate milk (somehow his car seat did not get any on it). We cleaned it up, used baking soda, vinegar & water mixture and nothing worked. Texas heat doesn't help with rotten milk so you can imagine how disgusting my car smelled. Timothy was super responsive and explained the process of how to get it cleaned up. No harsh chemicals and there were no hidden fees or last minute charges which this mama appreciated. He was super professional and stayed late so I can have my car back. The drive was not ideal but so worth it because my car smells great now and looks clean (picture doesn't do it just but the floors look amazing- very much like when we bought it). Highly recommend him for odor removal and/or detailing! I will definitely have him do my paint so the small scratches are not noticeable anymore. Super thankful I found EcoPal! Thanks Tim for all your hard work and getting my car back in much better shape than when I dropped it off.

I just got the best Pro Grade Ceramic Coating in Lewisville by EcoPal Mobile Detail! I know the name says mobile, but wow, they truly have the best state-of-the-art ceramic coating shop I have seen with high-end infrared lighting systems to help the curing procss and a insane luxury customer waiting area. If you live in the North Dallas area, this shop is by far the best I've used by far.

We had a water bottle spill on the passenger this summer and thought all was good. With the rain this week, the car smelled so awful! Definitely a damp mildew smell. Tim was super responsive and even gave us a quote on the way home. Now after ozone treatment and a very thorough shampoo there is no smell at all! We’re so glad to not be stinky car people anymore! Tim was great and treated our car with care and speediness. We also feel confident all the mildew was killed.
