I wasn’t spending a huge amount with the guys at Ripples, but they were still amazingly helpful and friendly. Sajid in particular took the time to explain complementary products and options to me even tho I was out of his immediate geographic location. I only wish they were closer so I could use them more often.

After trying a couple of Bathroom suppliers/fitters we decided to make an appointment with Ripples in Chelmsford and from the first meeting with Kimberley the whole experience has been a delight. We had some ideas on the configuration but Kimberley came up with a design that we had not thought of and that gave us all of the key elements we wanted without making the room look crowded. We had a several catch-up meetings to discuss the products and to review the design, her knowledge and expertise is a credit to the Ripples team. We had a problem with a couple of the products but these were replaced and fitted by the team to our complete satisfaction. I would recommend a visit to Ripples if you are thinking of refurbishing your bathroom.

From the initial meeting with Ross, the design consultation and home visit with Kimberley and then the ordering and installation of my new bathroom, I had a great experience. I hoped that the new bathroom would be lovely, but the care and attention that was taken to understand what I was hoping for and the delivery of the final result exceeded my expectations.
