Dreadful installation experience - insufficient tiles and ceiling panels ordered despite EB’s home survey. Installer unavailable to complete job. We’re 12 days into a small shower room refit - and now Tiler wants us to cancel plans at the weekend because it’s convenient for them to complete the job then. Great sales experience, and happy with product quality and fitters. Absolutely appalling install. Still unfinished and the opposite of “easy”. Don’t recommend their survey or install option

It took us a while to decide what we wanted due to the vast array of options in display but Abbie was thorough, perhaps she was on commission!? Although she was helpful with valuable advice, that certainly wasn’t the case when we had issues with a couple of the products. Love the digital design for free, however feel let down by the lack of ownership when two of the items showed signs of swelling just a few weeks after install! It’s a shame that customers need to do due diligence on how robust products are before buying them! When you’re paying high prices you expect top quality and the after sales is abysmal imo. We were offered replacements at 50% discount, disgraceful really considering how long we pondered over the purchase. We even said at the outset that we wanted reassurance that in the event of a failure with any of the products that we would be able to exercise the guarantee, sadly this wasn’t the case. There are trust pilot reviews that mirror our experiences too. I would recommend them but don’t expect the bath panels and vanity units to be made from anything better than laminated mdf!

Extremely happy with the service I always receive from Abbie, Shannon and Connor. I would highly recommend easybathrooms as a bathroom fitter (pwl property maintenance) I regularly buy many products and the service is great. They are all very friendly and happy to help with anything I need.

My designer Abbie has made my visions become a reality and has gone above and beyond to ensure every detail is perfect! From start to finish, Abbie and Easy Bathrooms have made what could be a very stressful and costly time a very enjoyable experience! I would highly recommend using Easy Bathrooms and one of their designers!
