Customer experiences
A Fantastic Experience at Dhaka PTI I recently visited Dhaka PTI (Public Transport Initiative) and had an absolutely fantastic experience. As someone who relies heavily on public transportation, I must say that Dhaka PTI has truly raised the bar. The first thing that impressed me was the efficiency of the system. The buses were punctual, and I never had to wait for long periods of time. The routes were well-planned, covering all major areas of Dhaka, which made it extremely convenient to travel from one place to another. The buses themselves were clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The seats were spacious, and the air conditioning worked perfectly, providing a pleasant ride even during the hot and humid weather of Dhaka. I also appreciated the provision of designated seating for elderly and disabled passengers, ensuring everyone's comfort and accessibility. The PTI staff members were friendly, helpful, and always ready to assist passengers. They were well-trained and provided clear instructions on ticketing and route information. Their professionalism and commitment to customer service were truly commendable. One of the standout features of Dhaka PTI is the integration of technology. The real-time tracking system allowed me to know exactly when the next bus would arrive, eliminating any guesswork or uncertainty. This feature alone made my commuting experience significantly more convenient and hassle-free. Moreover, the fare system was transparent and affordable. The ticket prices were reasonable, and the option to use contactless payment methods, including digital wallets and smart cards, added to the overall convenience. Dhaka PTI has also taken significant steps towards sustainability. The buses run on clean energy, reducing air pollution and contributing to a greener environment. This commitment to eco-friendly practices is highly commendable and sets a positive example for other transportation systems. In conclusion, Dhaka PTI has truly transformed the public transportation experience in Dhaka. With its efficient service, comfortable buses, friendly staff, integration of technology, and dedication to sustainability, it has become a model for other cities to follow. I highly recommend Dhaka PTI to both residents and visitors alike.
The setups are very good. But need more stuff for maintenance. Near about 200 people/ trainee can stay here.
Great Place for teacher's training. Facilities are up to the mark. More staff facility will make it more better.
it is a training institution for teachers. teachers from all areas of Bangladesh come here to take training. they have residential facilities. the building is built by LGED. they have a pretty big auditorium.
Dhaka PTI is a education center.
