Hello people Dubai, Do research before having services from Y-axis We were being scammed by Resume marketing service. Y-axis itself digging hole for their goodwill and reputation. Reason I am writing this review that we were being scammed. Before getting services we were being called 5 times a day. Now after payment since 2 months no communication. Why I feel bad about Y axis is 1. Unprofessional behavior with customer 2. Got Agreement paper after payment. 3. No refund policy 4. Hidden information (no transparency) 5. King Attitude of Branch manager My concern with Y -axix is if customer do not want to continue service any more than y-axix should terminate service and should refund money. Even they can deduct service charge.

In our experience, the service provided was below par, we were expected to follow up constantly in order for actions to be taken and even for guidance and escalations we struggled to no avail. During our interactions, we had to deal with multiple teams, mostly based out of country with only our POC being in the country, this resulted in a lot of communication gaps and hence required a lot of our time and effort. Our intervention was required to bridge the gap here. Each team seemed liked operating in silo with lack of updates shared in between and visible communication gaps. In such a competitive market where organizations strive for quality, this company was unable to deliver upon its promised actions and failed to reimburse as well. Response to Y-Axis comment: While this seems a very generic and bookish response, I will still engage. Numerous attempts were made to route complaints through the provided support email address including all email addresses that we interacted with over months (since not a single face to face interaction was arranged even after countless requests). Update: Since the posting of this comment, the application has been assigned to a different agent with active follow ups noticed.

I am sharing my frustrating experience with Y-Axis, hoping it serves as a caution to anyone considering their services. My experience with Y-Axis has been nothing short of a nightmare, marked by complete neglect, unprofessionalism, and zero accountability. Here’s what happened: 1. Unresponsive Consultant: After paying a substantial fee, I was assigned to a consultant named Pradeep Nathan. Unfortunately, he has been entirely unresponsive for months. Multiple calls, emails, and messages went unanswered. I trusted Y-Axis to guide me through an important process, but it’s been nothing but silence on their end. 2. Zero Accountability: Despite escalating the issue within Y-Axis, I received no follow-up, and no alternative support was provided. It appears they are quick to take payment but do not feel any responsibility towards providing actual service. 3. Misleading Promises: Y-Axis promises a professional and seamless experience. My experience, however, has been the opposite. I’ve faced unnecessary stress, frustration, and delays with no recourse, all because of their disregard for their clients. This level of neglect is not only unprofessional but unethical, especially considering that people rely on Y-Axis for life-changing processes, like immigration and career moves. Such treatment feels like a betrayal of trust, and it’s disheartening that they continue to operate this way. To anyone considering Y-Axis: Please research thoroughly and consider this experience. Y-Axis has shown me that their focus is on fees, not service, and they are quick to abandon clients once they’ve been paid. Y-Axis, if you care at all about your clients or reputation, address this issue immediately and offer the refund I deserve. I hope no one else has to experience this kind of treatment from an organization they trusted.
