This is a fake company, I never recommend this service because they lie to people they aren't DHL, they are Skymart company managed by indian people. I used their service because I thought they were DHL company, due I had to sent an important and legal document to Spain, the indian agent who was incharge , told me specific prices for package delivery and time. Due to the emergency I brought the express package( means 3 business days) valued for $200 dollars. My package arrived so late, 5 business days, generating me a big legal issue in Spain. I called DHL and they reported that they are using DHL for generating clients but actually they are Skymart company, they refuses to take responsibility for the issues with their services and won't refund the exorbitant amount I paid. Despite using a name that implies affiliation with DHL, their actual company name is Skymart, and they're evading accountability.
