DHL Authorized Shipping Centre

Just called to arrange a courier to arrange a pick up, the first person on the phone was great! She said they could do 24 hour pick up and would help me get set up. Then she transferred me to another person who was very rude and first question was "Well how do you think you will pay for this". I said I would pay by credit card, then i was informed they DO NOT TAKE CREDIT CARDS at all. I then asked to set up an account and was told "I don't think we could do the pick up". I questioned how the first person said it would be fine and this person said it would be bad. He then told me he can't create me an account because people use them to "transport illegal drugs" insinuating that is the purpose of the pick up. I work as a part of one of the largest Canadian tech companies in Canada, had provided the name of the business, and was treated like i was some drug dealer delinquent. Incredibly unprofessional, I would not suggest this to anyone. AVOID THIS SERVICE.
