Worse courier service ever!! I have had nothing more than nightmares, complications, missed deadlines, excess payments and failed delivery windows with DHL!! Most recent one being their failure to pick up an ultra urgent, time sensitive document for internatinal delivery by a whole day and having to wait a weekend and then again the DHL dispatcher left the document in my mailbox, after 4 different lengthy calls to their inefficient, useless call center. This was the last time i would eben let my clients use DHL. Absolutely disgusted. DHL could never be a FedEx in efficiency and timely delivery !!!!

I was at this shop this week to ship an international package. $131.23 was the shipping charge. I confirmed with the gentleman at the Counter that this included ALL fees, such as customs and the answer was yes. I even said: so I won't be getting any hidden surprises? He replied that this included everything. Well, surprise, surprise: my package is not only stuck at a customs desk overseas and will not be released until I pay the customs fees, but the tracking number is invalid. 5th attempt to contact DHL, finally get through to be told it's not their problem. They provided me with the customs phone number in the receiving country. Surprise #2: wrong number. You not only cost me money, but alot of avoidable aggravation. I feel ripped off by a local company. That is such a bad feeling.

Horrible! I stayed home for 2 days when they were supposed to deliver. No buzz, no knock, no call, and they said they attempted delivery. From there, I got daily notifications that my package was scheduled for delivery, never came. Reached out to customer service twice, who promised it could come the next day, and nothing. Reached out a third time, and a day later they want me to drive 25 mins to their facility to pick it up once it is ready - almost 2 weeks after the first “attempted delivery”. Frustrating customer service that doesn’t answer all of your questions, and communication is not good. Avoid using if you can!

Told me all week so far they will be deliver my stuff. Hasn't happened even after promises from them & I paid extra for fast shipping so what was the point ? Horrible service so far
