DHL Express Service Point Bramalea City Centre

Obvious garbage management and messy situation with locking out the workers. 2 weeks delayed and someone finally called my phone number just to see if I receive my package. I asked what happened to my package and they hang up. Not even apologizing over the situation. Garbage company. Never again.

If your package is important, you're better off using another courier service.

Completely Agree with all the other reviewers, lady working there on jan 31, 2025, should be fired. She got mad at me or touching my parcel which was right infront of me. She made me feel so low. Not everyone who are of different color skin than you are bad. How dare you? i am not a thief, Nor am i a gangster. I just came to pay for my parcel and collect. You think that you were placed on this planet for the batterment of the humanity. Please return to your own planet, we are doing just fine here. If you have rules then please write them on walls or read them out. I am scared of people like you. I hope you don't cause me or my family any harm now that you know where i live. DHL please pay her well so she can enjoy her work with a smile on her face and serve customers better.
