If I can give negative star I will! This company is so frustrating, they did lost my package that was from the Philippines! It says delivered but it wasn't. I tried calling them not even an hour after it said it was delivered, because I was hoping maybe the driver can comeback but they decided to disclose the driver's number and just proceed to waiting game and everything which is very frustrating. I can't imagine why It will take them many days to contact the driver and asked where the package is! Also, the driver took a picture of the package inside the van as proof of delivery and not in my house or wherever they delivered it! Sounds so scammmy! There are important things in there that are irreplaceable which is very sad! Just to warn everyone before using this carrier! I attached the picture of the proof of delivery the driver did.

I was expecting delivery today when they deliver. I was not home. I wait until 3:50 pm as soon I left it in 15 minute take care of my house. I tried to call 1-,800 ask if I can go pick it up from the office and the reason I say is because they close it was delivered from overseas. I paid $30 express shipping. The customer service is so terrible. He told me don't worry I will tell the delivery guy to deliver again today and no one came. I'm so mad because I need that clothes for my kids tomorrow because it's our holiday. So now they still have their office, they can The center that's it. I'm done with them. DHL have a bad customer service Last time was delivered from FedEx when I called them they give me the address and I went and picked up my stuff but today DHL Me I could've just got there and pick up and he told me no they will deliver again. I'll make sure they do today and what happened now. Nothing is here 11:04 PM.
