It’s not the first time that I drop off a package to return an online purchase at this service point. Sam is always courteous and helpful, he takes the time to explain and offer the best he possibly can. The first time I came simply because it’s the closest DHL service point to my house, but I’m lucky to have this team working here. My gratitude goes out to the team of this service point and to Sam in particular.
