Don’t use DHL when you are on Holidays in spain, these people essentialy they don’t work at all. My package is stucked in Barcelona for one week, I bought stuff for my holidays and now my holidays are finished and after 2 WEEKS I haven’t received my package yet. Never happend to me, only here in SPAIN 🤦🏻‍♀️

As always DHL is playing a fool - tracking was showing that my parcel was in the city for 4 days and they never delivered. I had been waiting at home all those days and then finally they put on tracking a notification "we missed each other, go collect it yourself". I am 9 month pregnant, gave them a call asking to plan delivery again, as no one ever had attempted to deliver and that I was about to give birth and no one could pick it up for me - all i got was "you have to collect it". What a shame DHL, you are simply the worst.

They brag about delivering international packages to over 220 countries, yet they are unable to reach in international phone number. Their willigness to resolve the issue is 0. It's been 3 days of waiting all day to receive the package - they didn't come. 10 days of calling on a daily basis, still 0 results. Terrible service.
