Diamond Glass Ltd

Called multiple times (January, March, April) and was informed that they could not rehang a front door due to the weather. Followed up again today to be told that they were booked for the rest of the year. I specifically asked on one of the earlier calls to schedule an appointment for a date that they felt was amenable but was told to just call back in the warmer months. Here we are and they have no availability. Would have just called someone else well in advance if I knew I had to book within an arbitrary window of opportunity or not get it done.

Took a while to get actual date (they are very busy) but they were here when they said they would be and did a great job.

First was told “my windshield will be there in a week” after 3 weeks of waiting It’s finally here then they tell me “you’ll have to wait another 2 weeks to put it on” I also didn’t hear from them, at all I called and was told “we will call you back” never happened Third time I called I was told “windshield is here now waiting another 2 weeks to get it on” for a “1 week job” this was unacceptable, same with no call backs/updates/nothing And I had paid for my glass the day I ordered it
