David, a seasoned veteran with 23 years of experience, and Michael, the enthusiastic newbie, came to fix my reverse osmosis system that had been out of commission for over a year. I want to thank EZ Flow Plumbing as well as technician Kenneth Kowalczyk for their excellence service. Upon returning to AZ, I discovered that there was a serious accumulation of black mold in one of the toilets despite having carefully closed down the tanks last spring. The EZ Flow Plumbing operator was very helpful and responsive. I received same day service (including prompt notifications of arrival times) and was so appreciative of Kenneth's kindness, thorough explanations, and professional care. Kenneth was able to remove the tank and address the issue outside the home to minimize mold spores. We will definitely be using EZ Flow Plumbing -- and requesting Kenneth -- in any future calls.

They not only took the time to help me understand the issue, but as things took a turn and we needed to get the City of Gilbert involved, Rob took point on contacting them and expressing the urgency of the situation. Where most plumbing companies would have finished their service and moved on to the next job, Rob stayed with me until the City officials arrived. Once they showed up, he didn’t just leave—he made sure they were well informed of everything that had transpired up to that point. He even helped me understand the next appropriate steps and clarified who was responsible for taking them.
