Dave called when he was on his way. He was a friendly nice guy. He looked at the project and gave me a quote. I accepted and signed it. He went right to work. He was all done in about 30 minutes. I them approved the work and paid with a cc on site. Very efficient and pleasant.

I want to thank EZ Flow Plumbing as well as technician Kenneth Kowalczyk for their excellence service. Upon returning to AZ, I discovered that there was a serious accumulation of black mold in one of the toilets despite having carefully closed down the tanks last spring. The EZ Flow Plumbing operator was very helpful and responsive. I received same day service (including prompt notifications of arrival times) and was so appreciative of Kenneth's kindness, thorough explanations, and professional care. Kenneth was able to remove the tank and address the issue outside the home to minimize mold spores. We will definitely be using EZ Flow Plumbing -- and requesting Kenneth -- in any future calls.
