In summary: wow and wow again! Diane and her team recently completed a project replacing our first Diane Berry Alno kitchen fitted in 2004 About to retire, thinking about future years we decided to replace DBK V1 kitchen adding a small extension. Keen to avoid issues our own parents faced but unsure where to begin we set off to see Diane once again. We could not have imagined then what a journey would follow! What evolved, without the need for an expensive extension, has been truly life changing. Our lounge has been transformed into a stunning Rempp kitchen with a wall removed to create a beautiful new dining and social space. With a background in food this needed to be a practical, working kitchen and indeed it is! Every cupboard and shelf discussed to ensure everything had its place. Experienced fitter Barry did a superb job with his eye for detail and precision. … but Diane didn’t stop at the kitchen! Her clever design converted the integrated garage into an inviting, warm boot room leading to a new utility area; both fitted out with DBK V1 kitchen. Everything that could be re-used was; the table made shelving, the dishwasher carcass a cupboard, the sink was refitted. What couldn’t be re-used was sold or donated to charity. Exactly how good design and build should be with minimal waste. Two weeks after work began we headed off to Australia to visit family. Never once did we worry about what was happening - we knew we were in safe hands with builder Krys and installations manager Martin in charge. We returned home to a temporary kitchen with a mobile induction hob in our newly completed utility area. We had another three months of work to completion. Everyone involved showed consideration, courtesy and most of all kindness. Nothing was too much trouble. It was a huge undertaking but with Diane’s constantly evolving ideas and Krys and Martin‘s ‘can do’ attitude we sailed through. The process was exciting and most of all enjoyable! Diane held our hands throughout, pushing us out of our comfort zone; a constant calming, encouraging presence. Always at the end of the phone to answer questions and when we were ‘decisioned out’ Diane took over knowing exactly what was needed. Diane is a talented designer who instinctively knows what will and will not work. We used companies and contractors that she had previously worked with to ensure progress was as seamless as it could be. Our home is transformed and all we hear from guests is wow and wow again! Just brilliant! We cannot thank everyone at Diane Berry Kitchens enough and would not hesitate to recommend them to others.

15 years on and my Diane Berry Kitchen still looks like new. All the appliances are Miele and the units Alno and have never caused me any issues. When I had an extension 9 years ago Diane Berry Kitchens were very involved with the design, not just the kitchen but also helping make the most of the new space in the area the old kitchen occupied which is now a rear porch and downstairs toilet. The team came and carefully removed my kitchen and refitted it with a new walnut panel behind the hob as the old one wouldn't fit. They refitted my old sink, worktop and back panel in my utility room. The fitters take such care and it was mostly the same team 5 years later who came to do the refit. Yes it was an investment but I cannot recommend Diane and her team highly enough. I have friends who admittedly paid less for their kitchens but have had to replace them whilst mine always gets compliments from visitors who think I've just had it fitted.

We would like to really thank Diane and her team for their vision and craftsmanship in creating our new kitchen. When we decided to have our kitchen re-designed we had a few companies come for a visit with their ideas, all of which were lovely but not what we really hoped for. Ideally what we wanted was an island, but we were told that we didn’t have the space for one. Luckily we came across Diane Berry kitchens website on the internet, we really liked her work so we emailed her. Diane responded very quickly and within a few weeks came to visit us and designed our dream kitchen – with the island that we wanted! From start to finish Diane Berry Kitchens wowed us with their vision, attention to detail and support throughout the process and we are so very grateful. We are really enjoying our new kitchen and still can't believe the transformation. It’s such a beautiful room and we are looking forward to spending lots of time and creating memories entertaining friends and family. We would highly recommend Diane Berry kitchens to anybody wanting a high quality and beautifully designed kitchen.
