I love taking my dog to Dogma. They’re so good with my nervous dog. There were a few other places around town that I’ve tried and I found that they do the best job at bathing my dog and trimming his nails well. Plus, they’re easy to make appointments with.
Simply the best! The best people, the best cuts, the best location, the best customer service. I wouldn't take my dog anywhere else. Here is Ms. Clover after her most recent cut. Love the Halloween bows!
the customer experience has slowly gone down hill over the last year. it all started when they lost their manager Jeffrey, and have met former employees I recognized who had bad experiences with management between now & then. They used to make more exceptions & accommodations for good clients & customers, but not much of the case these days, when it comes to bookings. I will be looking for a new groomer. just know that if you are considering Dogma, it’s starting to get more “corporate” vs the small business atmosphere that made it attractive for so long. I chalk this up to the new store managers, who don’t have the same attention & customer focus as Jeffrey in my experiences the last 6 months. This is a good business & good groomers, just something to be aware of! They are going through change.
