I called Derrick the other day as my Surface Pro was acting up. I need my laptop for my business so of course i was pretty concerned! I called Derrick and he immediately took my laptop and advised that my battery was swollen! so a couple of days later, Derrick and his team had my data removed from my laptop as a safeguard, and it seemed to be just an overheat!
