I called Digital Link because I completely messed up my google account. I couldn't even access it properly or open my apps properly. Derrick and the support team found the route of the problem, recovered information I had changed in error and got me back on track. I honestly would have had no idea where to start. They are professional, very knowledgeable, and had no issues navigating multiple platforms to problem solve. The most amazing thing besides the stellar customer service, was the fact that they could translate information as we went along to someone like myself who has ZERO tech skills. I called Derrick the other day as my Surface Pro was acting up. I need my laptop for my business so of course i was pretty concerned! I called Derrick and he immediately took my laptop and advised that my battery was swollen! so a couple of days later, Derrick and his team had my data removed from my laptop as a safeguard, and it seemed to be just an overheat! So they did a great job and my laptop is working just fine! Thanks Derrick and i trust you with my devices 10fold! We are a small local not for profit and needed help establishing our website, we had no idea to where to start.
