John the owner was very unprofessional. Not responsive, lives out of state. I paid $800 for billboard ads in Manchester that never went live. Then was told he doesnt have the money to refund. Plus the digital signs are always out of order while still collecting payments.

Rachel was easy to deal with from the beginning and answered all of my questions with ease and the whole transaction was communicated properly and smoothly finished.
