Vera and her entire Team are incredible, super knowledgeable and overall wonderful people! Vera made a stunning ring with my late husband's ashes that I get compliments on all the time. They were kind, communicative, patient and the ring was exactly what he wanted! We canāt wait to see it in person. I also appreciate that when we couldnt afford emerald, instead of trying to sell us on it they offered other gem stones that would also look nice. Tony was extremely helpful and listened well to my fianceeās needs! We had surgeries and medical issues effect our pick up time and they were very understanding. I know it will be even more beautiful in person!
