Dr. Corey Fulk laid out a detailed plan for recovery and at just one week in I am mobile again, in 10x less pain, and I’m confident that in another week I’ll be good as new! Dr. Fulk is extremely knowledgeable, patient, friendly, and informative. I have had two phone calls well into the evening from Dr. Fulk checking to see how I’m doing after seeing him earlier in the day. This level of customer service these days is truly unheard of! The front desk has made scheduling a breeze and offered convenient times for me to come in. I am so thankful I chose Fulk Chiropractic after hurting myself. The team at Fulk Chiropractic has set themselves apart from the rest, thank you all so much. Five stars!

Love this place!! Always kind, from the beginning to the end, always treated with kindness, care, & compassion for whatever my needs are. They’ve done great things with their chiropractic care but I have recently discovered the sound wave therapy and it is hands down the best thing I’ve found!!! Pain free and mobile in 6 sessions!! Can’t beat it!

Absolutely amazing customer service! I called the office on a Saturday with my daughter in acute pain. The doctor called me back and got her in same day! She was great with my daughter and setting expectations and thoroughly explaining the care plan- thank you!!!
