Regarding the ordering process, these people are fantastic. Could not be more helpful, providing samples quickly and responding to queries and requests for quotations very promptly, too. I have yet to receive my order, but no doubt these people are very easy to work with during the ordering process. The person who runs the support email address deserves particular credit... thank you!

We tried Dino Decking on recommendation and wish we hadn’t. Don’t be tempted by the prices - the customer service is shocking and you’ll soon realise that trying to resolve issues becomes expensive if you have to pay to return yourself. Our delivery was by a third party, arrived damaged, soiled and smelt awful. To remedy we were advised to wash it all ourselves - which we declined. Was then told we wouldn’t get a refund and was refused to be put through to someone who could resolve. In the end we advised that we would get the credit card company involved who froze the payment - eventually we received a full refund. So don’t be lured by the website and pricing - buy local instead - which is what we then did and received great service all round.

Very easy company to deal with, from ordering to delivery. Samples sent out quickly. Customer service was excellent, as was knowledge of the product. The Ex-army delivery guy was sound too, nothing too much of an effort, particularly when he moved the order round the back. Could have easily have left it at the front of the house. Thanks.
