Phillipa MuxlowI would not rate this company at all - the rating should be a negative number! - I placed an order (even put it on a retreat subscription) the order was apparently dispatched - it has never been received - Apparently Amazon Shipping return the items as damaged! - No one have contact me. There is lots of competition out there I would suggest that other online supplier are a better option - ONE really unhappy customer. - Cannot give a photo as did not received anything!

They apologised for the delay and explained the reason for the query admitting it was an oversight on their behalf, which puts them as honest and trustworthy in my book! I find them reliable and great value for money.
