Very personable staff and a quick turnaround (less than 24 hours for several scrub tops to be embroidered). My only concern is that the lowercase “i” in my name looks like an “l” because the dot is placed too close to the stem. As a result, my name appears to read “Clara” instead of “Ciara,” which patients have noticed as well. Unfortunately, this has made me hesitant to wear the scrubs. If your name includes an “i,” I recommend asking that the dot be placed higher so it’s clearly distinguishable from an “l.”

We contacted Direct Embroidery a few short weeks before our ladies event at church. We wanted a t-shirt that would help commemorate our event.
