Used this company now for years..Always had my kitchen fitted by them. Once again absolutely over the moon with the work. Also the quality is great..the prices are very good. Read a review with some one saying "Don't use this company " lol..well I can tell you now ..use this company 👌...Love the way they deal with you in such a professional and polite manner. The lad who fitted the kitchen was spot on and such a professional. Lady on reception and the owner. Thank you again ..will see you soon when we now can sell our house and move forward. Kind regards. We came back to see Carl after having our bedroom fitted out a few years earlier and was happy with this. So when we decided it was time for a new kitchen we returned to get a quote. From start to finish it was handled extremely well, the measure, design help, fitting and both the electrician and fitter Carl was very good, courteous from start to finish. I was very happy with everything including when I raised a few concerns with what I thought might be an issue my questions were answered and I would not hesitate to recommend their services. Just had a new office kitchen from Direct Kitchens from start to finish the whole process was seamless. They also sorted all of the additional electrical work required for our new hot water tap which we love. The fitting team were great and kept it clean and tidy throughout the fit. Diabolical! We've had nothing but issues since our kitchen was fitted two years ago. I wasn't happy originally and wrote a review. They contacted me on my personal phone and said they would fix the issues, but could I take down my review. Like a fool I did. Double stupid I managed to be persuaded that part of the issue was the dishwasher which we had bought a couple of years earlier. They sold me a new one to replace it. The new one is considerably lower quality and like the fridge they fitted was not fixed into the units so fell out. It has now stopped working entirely. DON'T USE THIS COMPANY! They do a bad job and make you think you're being unreasonable when you tell them. If you are reading this Direct Kitchens, DO NOT CONTACT ME!
