***Honest Review**** From start to finish, buying my brand new 2026 MDX A-Spec Platinum Elite was truly one of the best decisions I’ve ever made. To begin with, Karan, the GM, was absolutely amazing incredibly friendly, honest and an amazing humanbeing. He made sure I got the best deal possible and was constantly on his toes to ensure everything went smoothly. He personally made sure my delivery was on time and that every detail was taken care of. Ozge, my sales rep, and Sean were equally outstanding. They were quick to respond, super accommodating, and kept me updated at every step of the process. Their communication and attention to detail made the experience stress-free and enjoyable. The whole team at Erin Mills Acura truly went above and beyond. I rarely write reviews, but this one genuinely deserves it. If you’re thinking about buying an Acura, I highly recommend coming here you absolutely won’t regret it!

I purchased my 2020 RDX from this dealer 6 years ago. Had a great experience and they gave me FREE LIFETIME OIL CHANGES with my purchase. I happily used my free oil changes every scheduled maintenance between 8-10k kilometres when they'd call me back in and I would drive over an hour to get there. Then in December 2025, I schedule my oil change as it was overdue. I drive over two hours because of traffic, then they tell me ONCE I GET THERE that they WOULD NOT GRANT ME MY FREE OIL CHANGE UNLESS I purchased another service (tire rotation for $100, rear diff flush, other overpriced services). They did NOT tell me beforehand, and waited for me to waste 4 HOURS ROUND TRIP of my time to tell me my "free LIFE TIME oil change" is invalid unless I purchase another service. THIS WAS NOT THE CASE THE OTHER 4-5 TIMES I HAVE GOTTEN AN OIL CHANGE. This is not even mentioning the fact that service DOES NOT PICK UP THE PHONE! I called 6 TIMES over the span of 3 DAYS to finally have someone answer the phone and book me an appointment. TERRIBLE DEALERSHIP THAT DOES NOT TREAT THEIR LOYAL CUSTOMERS WITH ANY RESPECT. Failed to provide a free lifetime service I SIGNED FOR when I purchased my vehicle and NEVER picks up the phone. I would NOT recommend this dealership unless you are a huge fan of being lied to directly to your face. Shame on this dealership after I've given you my business and loyalty for 6 years. It is baffling how you can treat your customers like this.
