Direct Pest Solutions was amazing! I called them and they came right away. Although I was scared to death of the noise coming from my laundry room, James and Estera were calm and reassuring. They handled the items in the room carefully and removed the bird from my home with ease. I highly recommend for their professionalism, courtesy, promptness, and patience. That is exactly what you need in times like this! Im amazed at their quality of work and will absolutely be contacting them for all of my pest solution needs!

Absolutely phenomenal service! I cannot thank Direct Pest Solutions enough for going above and beyond—especially to James who immediately came, despite it being his day off! When I discovered a snake in my house, I was in full panic mode to say the least. I called several companies and they were not able to send anyone until the next day. Not only did James respond immediately, but he also showed up within two hours, calmly and professionally. Direct Pest Solutions’ knowledge, professionalism, and genuine care turned a terrifying situation into a manageable one. I would highly recommend them to anyone!

I don’t know how they got all the great reviews. But my experience was awful. I spoke to James on Tues April 22,2025. I explained what was going on I have water bugs. He knew exactly what they were. He went over with me how they treat them. Since I can’t tolerate sprays he told me they would spray outside and use bait under my cabinets and go upstairs in my attic to use bait. Which by the way another company did that years ago but I could not remember who I had. I put a thread in the Nextdoor app to get recommendations and 2 people told me to contact them Direct Solutions. That is why I did. 2 guys show up. Not James. In a regular 4 door car No logo on the car anywhere. The one guy said he had a conversation with James on what to do. Yal right. He was told not nothing James and I discussed. He had no bait and said he had nothing with him the bait. He was not told to go in the attic to treat. This guy was a nice. I felt sorry for him because nothing was communicated to him what James and I discussed. I was not happy and he called James and I heard him say just leave. The man gave me the phone to talk to him and he avoided me. They had no bait and was told nothing about under the cabinets using bait since I can’t tolerate sprays Long story short he said he had granules in his car that might do the same as bait. He thinks ?? I thought ok he went to his car and I saw them drive off. They drove off not even a bye. This company is ran by kids. They did not bring the required treatments with them. But James and I discussed what I was going to get. But to drive off and not do the job and did not have what I needed to do the job was so unprofessional I really wish I knew the owners. If it’s James and his manager good luck. I must of been the unlucky one that got screwed The worst part is James would not talk to me and blew me off. His team left and know I need someone else. This is ran by kids. They put a few traps down. I could have went to Walmart and got them. How do you show up with not the materials that James and I talked about using ? And not told to go up in the attic to put bait. ???? This company is a joke and stay away from them To pull up in a regular car and be professional is weird to me. They just hire kids to do the job Stay away from them. The worst part is James not calling back and discussing anything. He ignored me. Stay away from them. Whomever is the owner of this business should reach out to me. Treated like dirt
