Edward ColemanSent me a totally different product than the one photographed on the website. Refuse to admit that they sent the wrong product even though I provided photos. Will not refund me what i paid for the product, have asked I cover all delivery expenses and pay for an outrageous restocking fee. Customers should receive what they ordered and be entitled to a refund if they do not receive products as advertised. Terribly dodgy business practices.
WilliamGood price and items were posted quickly, however they started spamming me almost immediately even though I did NOT sign up for it during the check out. Yes I know I can unsubscribe but why is it on me to tell them I don't want to get crappy ads?
PhilUPDATE TO RESPONSE: Blatant lies, correct item was purchased. Critical information to use the item was not disclosed on product page. Full refund was only provided AFTER they shoved their return policy in my face multiple times and I pushed them repeatedly to do the right thing. Now they're trying to sound like they did me a favour. That's why I posted the review anyway, to serve as a warning to others. Absolutely pathetic, 1 star is too generous. Original review: Refuses to acknowledge or accept responsibility for false or misleading information on their product pages and will not issue full refunds as per basic consumer law. Will never use again.
Lyle CPlaced my first order through Direct wholesale. Very impressed, dispatch was missed on original day of order - explained our timeframe and staff personally delivered required items. Prices were significantly cheaper than other Brisbane based wholesalers. I would give more than 5 stars if I could.
