Billy McGavin completed a repair to our tile roof in early 2023. After finding another area in an eave in which the plywood was damaged from previous rains, I asked Billy to give me an estimate for the repair, which he did. Because our original felt paper was 21 years old and the fact that this would be my second repair, I asked what the replacement cost would be to replace all the felt paper. He quoted me a very competitive price to which I gave my okay and the work was scheduled within a week. His crew delivered all the needed materials, inclusive of the 40 pound felt paper. The laborers started on Friday, May 31st and finished on Sunday, June 2nd. These gentlemen work hard continuously and they clean up after each day. The final clean up was met with attention to detail. They provided photos of the stages of work as well as of the completed efforts. I had also requested a new coat application for the flat roof over our patio and that was done to perfection. We are very satisfied with the quality of the work and the exemplary conduct of the crew.
