My son(15) requested to go to counseling and we were set up with Gabrielle. After a few sessions she said she didn’t think he needed counseling. Meanwhile, he is saying he still wants to continue. After a couple more sessions she didn’t give an option of him continuing regular therapy sessions but stated if he ever needed to come back she would be happy to see him. This was very important to us because it just sucks having to start with a new therapist. Well today, my son is having a mental health issue and wanting to talk to someone professionally so we called. The personal that answered the phone said she would get back to me. When she called back she told us that they can’t see him and to try Green Apple and hung up on me. This obviously is very upsetting to us when we’re told one thing and then it’s the total opposite. Another issue we had while he was attending weekly sessions was nobody would ever answer the phone and nobody was ever at the desk to help.
