Alert all OTR drivers Please avoid this Distraction international location they took 10 plus hours to unload 18 pallets only 2200 weight. I had next load schedule which Broker canceled. This place no good for 18 wheeler 53ft. Try to avoid this place for delivery.no parking. you have to wait on small street busy 2 way traffic street high chance for tickets and damages. Staff are nice but very lazy and unprofessional. I ask them so many times please take your decent unloading time i have next pickup from jersey at 2pm but they don't care they still took there sweet time to unload and I missed my appointment and now its weekend I don't if we can find another load way back. This massage for company owner or management please get new forklift and train your people work professional way to work . please respect the drivers time we drove thousands of thousands miles and we have to face this kind of unnecessary waste of time challenges.

Appointment time for delivery: 10 am Truck checked in 9 am Truck empty 11:30 am They have a dock.

0514 straight trucks left. No trucks at dock no one waiting to get to the dock . But I have to wait to get 5 plts off which takes 10 to 15 minutes from start of backing to pulling away from dock. Time management needs work. Update: same morning. The manager saw there was a window to unload me before the normal deliveries and took advantage of it. Awesome.
